Our seasonal Sweet Culture is now made up of naturally processed Arabica varieties from the famous Minas Gerais region of Brazil. This coffee is for the more conservative customer and restaurants that are drawn to Italian roasted coffees. Its roast grade is somewhere between light roast fruity arabicas and a more conservative Italian roast profile, but it is still a choice arabica. This seasonal coffee aims for a balanced flavour profile without strong acidity, with maximum sweetness and full notes of dark chocolate and caramel. A coffee you can drink every day.
